(Pimento Cheese makes ~2 cups)
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Smash Kitchen Real Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup diced pimentos, drained
- 2 tbsp Smash Kitchen Dijon Mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
(Hot Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich)
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Smash Kitchen Hot Honey BBQ Sauce
- 4 brioche buns, toasted
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- (Pimento Cheese) Mix cheddar, cream cheese, and mayo until smooth. Stir in pimentos, Dijon, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
- (Cook the Chicken) While the Pimento Cheese chills, season chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat 5–6 minutes per side, brushing with Hot Honey BBQ Sauce until glazed and cooked through.
