Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3/4 cup lager beer
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Smash Kitchen Dijon Mustard
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Soft pretzels, for serving
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in beer, then milk, until smooth.
- Stir in cheese until melted and silky. Add Dijon Mustard, season with salt and pepper.
