Cranberry Mayo Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 6 tbsp Smash Kitchen Cranberry Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices white cheddar cheese 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp Smash Kitchen Dijon Mustard 
  • Smash Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray
Instructions
  1. Spread 1½ tablespoons of Smash Kitchen Cranberry Mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread .
  2. Place 2 slices of cheese, and a handful of mozzarella on the un-mayoed side of two bread slices. Spread 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard. Then top with the remaining slices, mayo side facing out.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray the pan with Avocado Oil. Cook each sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
