Cranberry Mayo Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 Vital Farms Pasture-Raised eggs
- 3 tbsp Smash Kitchen Cranberry Mayo
- 1 tsp Smash Kitchen Dijon Mustard
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- (Optional) Dill, paprika, lemon zest, flakey salt for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain and cool eggs, then peel. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a small bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork until smooth, then stir in Smash Kitchen Cranberry Mayo, Dijon Mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
- Dust lightly with paprika, lemon zest, flakey salt and pepper for garnish (optionally some dill for color)
