Chopped Cheese Slider
A true bodega classic, the NYC Chopped Cheese is messy, melty, and made for cravings. Ground beef is chopped together with onions and pickle juice, then blanketed in gooey American cheese. It’s stacked high with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, then finished with Smash Kitchen Real Mayonnaise and Smash Kitchen Classic Tomato Ketchup on a toasted roll. Think cheeseburger meets deli sub—New York-style.
