Ingredients
  • 2 ribeye or strip steaks
  • 2 tbsp Smash Kitchen 100% Pure Avocado Oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat a cast iron skillet on high heat until smoking.
  2. Add Smash Kitchen 100% Pure Avocado Oil, then steaks. 
  3. Sear for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
  4. Add rosemary and garlic, then baste with hot oil.
  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Optionally, serve with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans.
