Ingredients
  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 3 tbsp Smash Kitchen Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 ball fresh burrata
  • Handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp Smash Kitchen Robust Extra Virgin Olive OIl 
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  •  Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend basil, Robust EVOO, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. 
  2. Plate burrata and drizzle generously with basil oil. 
  3. Generously drizzle Everyday EVOO onto each slice of bread, then toast until golden brown. Serve the warm bread with the basil burrata.
