Ingredients
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 3 tbsp Smash Kitchen Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ball fresh burrata
- Handful of fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp Smash Kitchen Robust Extra Virgin Olive OIl
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Blend basil, Robust EVOO, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Plate burrata and drizzle generously with basil oil.
- Generously drizzle Everyday EVOO onto each slice of bread, then toast until golden brown. Serve the warm bread with the basil burrata.
