The Masters Pimento Cheese Sandwich
A Masters must-have, now with a spicy mayo twist! The iconic Pimento Cheese Sandwich has been a fan favorite at Augusta National since the 1960s—and we’re giving it the Smash Kitchen upgrade. Our creamy, bold mayo brings the heat and makes every bite sing!

Ingredients
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 4 oz jar chopped pimentos
- ¼ cup Smash Kitchen Spicy Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Smash Kitchen Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slices white bread
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl, and stir until well combined.
- Place 3 dollops of the pimento cheese mixture onto a slice of bread, spreading it evenly to cover the surface. Top with another slice of bread to make a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining bread and cheese mixture to form 6 sandwiches.
- Optionally, cut off the crusts and slice diagonally.
